Founder and cookie artist Stephanie Pacheco’s love for baking and customer service started in childhood, with that love growing fonder each passing year. Fast forward to 2017, Little Rose Cookie Co. was born as a home business selling custom, hand-decorated sugar cookies, with its popularity increasing through social media and word-of-mouth.

As a single mom under 30, Stephanie was proud and grateful to open her first cookie shop in March 2020 in the heart of Mississauga – the small, adorable village of Streetsville – to expand her sweets menu and offer walk-in purchases for all to enjoy.
